Le b\u00e2timent de ce service vient de recevoir une cuire de jouvence. &nbsp;&nbsp;Entre r\u00e9habilitation structurelle et performances budg\u00e9taires records, l\u2019institution s\u2019impose comme le nouveau mod\u00e8le de gestion administrative dans le Nord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une m\u00e9tamorphose architecturale au c\u0153ur de la cit\u00e9: Le changement frappe d\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e du Chef-lieu de la province du Woleu-Ntem. &nbsp;Ce si\u00e8ge provincial, autrefois marqu\u00e9 par les affres du temps et un d\u00e9labrement avanc\u00e9, a laiss\u00e9 place \u00e0 un \u00e9difice R+1 flambant neuf. Cette \u00ab cure de jouvence \u00bb, salu\u00e9e par les populations locales pour son apport \u00e0 l\u2019embellissement urbain, ne se limite pas \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9fectionn\u00e9, avec des &nbsp;bureaux et des mobiliers neufs &nbsp;et des \u00e9quipements technologiques de pointe. Ce cadre de travail refl\u00e8te une volont\u00e9 claire de restaurer le prestige de l\u2019\u00c9tat et d\u2019offrir un accueil digne aux usagers..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le \u00ab Management et l\u2019Efficacit\u00e9 \u00bb:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00c0 la man\u0153uvre de cette transformation, on retrouve &nbsp;Epiphane Kenny Mindoumou, Inspecteur de la Concurrence et de la Consommation. &nbsp;En effet, depuis sa prise de fonction, &nbsp;il y a pr\u00e8s de deux ans, cet \u00e9narque a su insuffler une dynamique de rigueur et de performance. Sous son impulsion, la culture du service public a retrouv\u00e9 ses lettres de noblesse aupr\u00e8s des usagers. Une veille est en branle sur le respect de la mercuriale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les contributions de la DPCCRF au Tr\u00e9sor provincial auraient tout simplement doubl\u00e9 &nbsp;par rapport aux gestions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Une performance financi\u00e8re qui confirme que la r\u00e9habilitation des locaux est all\u00e9e de pair avec une optimisation de la collecte des droits et amendes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9pression de la fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effet d\u2019entra\u00eenement sur les autres services&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/strong>L\u2019exemple de la DPCCRF fait d\u00e9sormais \u00e9cole \u00e0 Oyem.
